New Literary-Theme Restaurant, Bar Opens in Atlantic Beach

ATLANTIC BEACH, NY - A new literary-themed bar and restaurant has recently opened up in Atlantic Beach.

Beginnings, located on 1986 Park Street, announced their grand opening on Monday.

"As an ode to some of the greats (who may have polished off a bottle of liquor before a bottle of ink), we've designed a place with the perfect food and cocktails to cure any case of writer's block," the restaurant's website reads.

However, for all the 'foodies' out there, Beginnings also offers culinary options such as: caviar pie, the "Gatsby" burger, foie gras mousse and more.

The restaurant also has several events lined up including a Limericks and Libations St. Patrick's Day celebration on Thursday night and Poetry with Haiku Guys and Girls on Friday night.
