Pat Buchanan: The House should send up bills one at a time without Obamacare - Start with Defense
Send bills to Senate one at a time. Send a bill to the Senate to fund only Veterans, and see if Reid will not fund it. Then send a bill for the defense, then the Justice Department, and so forth.
The public will then clearly understand who wishes to shut down the government.
Will the Republicans do it?
