Police Report: Arrests for DWI with Minors in Car, Weapon Possession, Disorderly Conduct

The following information was supplied by the Long Beach Police Department/Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests

• Craig Frascelli, 55, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance in or near school in Oceanside following an investigation by Rockville Centre Police Department on June 15.

• Nevon Morgan, 19, of Cambria Heights was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and false personation on East Broadway on June 21.

• Kiejay Reefer, 24, of Jamaica was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license and false personation on East Broadway on June 21.

• Demetrius Pearl, 28, of Roosevelt was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and a driving with a suspended registration at Riverside Boulevard on June 21.

• Derek O’Grady, 33, of Ridge was arrested and charged with grand larceny at West Chester Street on June 21.

• Sherley Delvarin, 24, of Queens was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration at East Broadway on June 1.

• Cynthia Royer, 24, of Queens was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at East Broadway on June 21.

• Wayne Welds, 21, of St. Albans was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on East Broadway on June 21.

• Gary Reeder, 40, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing at J.J. Evans Boulevard on June 22.

• Cynthia Turcios, 29, of Freeport was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving with a suspended registration on East Park Avenue on June 22.

• Ian Wiley, 31, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license at Edwards Boulevard on June 22.

• Dante Leslie, 22, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with burglary at West Chester Street on June 22.

• David Interiano, 35, of Hyattsville, Maryland, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving without a license at West Park Avenue on June 23.

• James Jones, 23, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct for refusing police officers’ orders to stop fighting with another subject at West Beech Street on June 23.

• Joseph Khaloo, 23, of Richmond Hill was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct for refusing police officers’ orders to stop fighting with another subject at West Beech Street on June 23.

• Marianne Merkel, 51, of Levittown was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license at Virginia Avenue on June 23.

• Janice Martinez, 38, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a 4-year-old in the car, DWI with a 11-year-old in the car, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and driving with a suspended license on West Beech Street on June 24.  

• Alexi Forestier, 21, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at Riverside Boulevard and East Pine Street on June 24.

• Alison Metz, 35, of Atlantic Beach was arrested and charged with driving while impaired by drugs and possession of a controlled substance at East Park Avenue on June 24.
