Fitness Tip: Try to not go the gym with your cell phone. I know a lot of people listen to music when they work out on their cell, or maybe you have someone watching your kids when your there so you want to keep it on you. However if you can avoid bringing your cell into the gym, you should. You want to maximize the efficiency of your time when you are working out. It is a precious window of time in our day.
