Nutrition Tip:
During the work week “eat to live.” Fuel your body with what it needs. Staying consistently disciplined with our nutritional intake during these days is huge. During the majority of our week we don’t need to completely deprive ourselves certain foods you enjoy indulging in, but it needs to be in moderation. Only one, maybe two days a weekend you can “live to eat.”
