Nutrition Tip: Try and drink a large cup of fresh brewed (not the Arizona or similar kind) green tea. Fresh brewed teas in general have an abundance of antioxidants. These are compounds that attempt to neutralize free radicals (molecules in our bodies with unpaired electrons, causing cellular malfunction and malformation resulting in disease). Fruits and vegetables are also very high in antioxidants.
