Fitness Tip:
Form is everything. It is better to do five repetitions perfectly, than ten being all over the place. Focus on the correct curvature of your spine (it is called Lordosis) during any exercises. The cues vary depending on the type of movement, but in general you never want you chin buried in your chest, try not to roll your shoulders forward, make sure your lower back is pulled in and your core is activated. Slow it down and focus on your form, then the strength will come.
