Life Tip: Set goals. If you don’t know where you want to go, how are you going to get there? I can’t stress the importance of goal setting enough. Very often life gets in the way and we neglect to do this. Short term goals, long term goals, life altering goals, small trivial goals, whatever they are, set them. Be specific. Not “I want to get in shape.” “I am going to exercise Monday, Wednesday, & Friday this week.” Whatever they are, financially, health-related, relationship based, whatever, literally write them down and have them somewhere you can see them as a habitual reminder. The greater danger is not setting our sights too high and falling short; it is setting our sights too low and achieving our mark. http://www.seriousbeachfitness.com/
