Summer 2021 Beautiful Curb Appeal Contest Finalists Announced In City Of Long Beach

There is much more to Long Beach than our boardwalk and beaches! Visitors to our community don’t have to look far to recognize that our residents take great pride in the appearance of their homes. Our community is dotted with numerous example of homeowners who have gone to great lengths to beautify their property and make our ‘city by the sea’ as picturesque as its name implies.

Our Summer 2021 Beautiful Curb Appeal Contest drew many submissions, all of which were featured on the City’s Facebook page. What a selection of gorgeous homes and landscapes! A committee of City employees from various departments took on the very challenging job of narrowing these submissions to 10 finalists.

These finalists will be posted on our Facebook page and the public can vote by “liking” the photos they find most appealing. Voting will close Monday, August 23 at 9 am. Top vote getters will receive a Gift Certificate to A & T Nursery, and the top three will receive lawn signs stating that they are winners of this year Curb Appeal Contest, as well as City of Long Beach Official Flags. All participants will receive a certificate of participation.

Please note that voting only takes place on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/longbeachnewyork. Please view the photos and cast your vote by LIKING the photo. Only the like button votes will be counted. Votes that come in after the Monday, August 23 at the 9am deadline will not be counted. The winners will be announced at noon.
