Why your teen is lazy?

A mom recently sent me a message asking a question about why her teen son is lazy? I thought it would be a great idea to create a post out of the email interaction and hopefully give some food for thought to people reading this. Let us know what you think!

The mothers email about her teenage son acting lazy.

I saw your post on a blog regarding teenage boys and laziness. I am going through that with my son now. Bright child but very lazy. I have removed everything as far as electronics but doesn’t seem to motivate him to do his school work or focus. I am at a standstill now and would appreciate your advice.

Thank you!

Also think differently about your son, changing your idea of him being “lazy” to thinking and believing he’ll find the things which make him happy and successful.

Set boundaries too. Create an agreement about what is wanted and be consistent with it. Repeating the boundary agreement is very common too.

Or, it might be very simple. He’s.....
