Pet Adoption Fees Waived At Local LI Animal Shelter

NASSAU COUNTY, NY — Looking for a new best friend? The Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter has waived adoption fees until Feb. 15.

Adoption fees are being waived as part of the Be My Paw-Lentine adoption event. The rescue shelter has both cats and dogs for adoption. They said they are always looking for fosters, as well.
