‘Tis the Giving Season at Greybarn

SUFFOLK, NY— On behalf of its residents, the Greybarn community recently made a $1,000 donation to the Suffolk County Police Department to support veterans’ families. Greybarn—a unique luxury rental community built by Long Islanders for Long Islanders—continues to fulfill its overarching mission to foster a sense of community to help improve the lives of its residents as well as those in the surrounding area.

“This donation is a token of our appreciation and an expression of how grateful we are to the brave individuals that served and continue to serve our country.” said Michael Loeffler, Greybarn’s Community Director. “This donation is not only in recognition of those who have served, but also to the parents, partners, children, friends and all of their loved ones. Greybarn residents will always keep you in our thoughts.”

The Suffolk County Police Department’s mission is to serve and protect all the citizens, while enforcing the law with impartiality, respect, and compassion. The department also organizes a variety of outreach initiatives throughout the County’s communities. One of these initiatives is supporting veterans’ families and this donation will help families alleviate them from expenses incurred during the holiday season.
