Winterbush Heats Up Long Island with His Amazing Hot Sauce!

"It all started in his Ninety Four Year Old Mother's Garden"

When John Buscemi's mother reached the age of ninety four and was unable to attend to the family garden John did what any good son would do.... he took over. Liking hot peppers the way he does John decided to add to the garden's produce and did just that. Harvesting the peppers in the fall John, in speaking to his wife, confided that he loved hot sauce. The issue was creating a hot sauce that not only would he love, but like. John did just that and the outcome was amazing! Handing out sample bottles to family and friends was a hit!

Once John, by the way he's also known as Winterbush which by looking at his photo I'm sure you can understand, perfected his original recipe he began to experiment with different fruits and combinations. The outcome was the development of over a dozen varieties of his Under the Table Hot Sauce brand.

Besides from the hot sauce itself what differentiates "Under the Table Hot Sauce" from other brands are the lables that are attached to each bottle. "Something was missing", said John "So I added personality." John, an advid drawer, creates characters for each of his hot sauce flavors. The "Drain the Swamp" Hot Sauce story that I was told of was especially entertaining to me to say the least. Ask John...he'll tell you the story.
