Subway Masturbator Flees Lower East Side Station: Police

LOWER EAST SIDE, NY — Police are looking for a man who exposed himself on the subway platform, masturbated while looking at a female victim and then fled from a Lower East Side station Jan. 13.

At around 9:15 a.m., the 39-year-old victim was standing on the southbound F platform when she noticed the unknown man expose himself and masturbate while looking at her, police told Patch.

The man then fled from the platform and ran up a flight of stairs, police said.

Police describe the suspect as a man who's about 30 years old with brown hair. He stands at 5-foot-1o and weighs about 185 pounds, police said.

This investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made.
