Annual West Hempstead Street Fair Date is Set

Officials have set a date for West Hempstead’s annual fall festival.

The West Hempstead Chamber of Commerce announced the 13th Annual Street Fair is set for Sept. 21.

The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will take place rain or shine.

Thousands attend the annual fair that features a DJ, children’s activities, live demonstrations, and other entertainment.

Businesses are encouraged to grab a booth at the fair before spots run out. Each business is given a 10-by-10 foot booth. Storefronts located along the fair route can put a table outside their establishment at no charge.
