Bags Of Animal Bodies Found On Southern State Parkway
BREAKING: The remains were discovered by highway workers who were able to smell them.

Multiple bags of animal remains were found rotting on the side of the Southern State Parkway in Malverne Thursday morning.
State Police found the bags after Department of Transportation workers reported a foul smell coming from several bags on the side of the road, Newsday reported. The bags were found on the ramp onto the westbound Southern State at Exit 17, which is Hempstead Avenue.
According to News 12, police did not say how many dead animals were found, nor what type of animals they were.
