'Celebrity Rehab': The Long Island Edition
"Celebrity Rehab" will feature three Long Islanders.
It's a proud moment indeed, as Long Island will be represented by three cast members of this season of "Celebrity Rehab."
The reality series, which chronicles celebs that have various addictions, really picked the creme de la creme for Season 5. The cast will include Michael Lohan, Lindsay Lohan's father, of Merrick; Dwight Gooden, former New York Met's pitcher, who lived in Port Washington during his time with the team; and Amy Fisher, a Bellmore native, whose claim to fame is shooting Mary Jo Buttafuocco, the wife of her then-lover Joey Buttafuocco.
Fisher, a.k.a. the Long Island Lolita, served seven years in prison, and most recently has been shooting porn movies for a few extra bucks. It has not been revealed what addiction Fisher will be trying to kick.

Michael Lohan, according to reports, will be battling anger issues. Daughter LiLo is reportedly horrified that her father has agreed to appear on the series.
Gooden has been in and out of rehab several times over the past decade after being arrested several times on drunk driving and drug charges.
