Your Local Divorce Coach

Dear Friends,

I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and tell you a little about what I do. I am a resident of Oceanside and attend The Vineyard Church in Lynbrook.  I am a divorced, single mom of two amazing teenagers and I spend my days working with those whose marriage is on the rocks and they are trying to save or dissolve it; with those in the midst of the divorce process and those on the other side who still feel lost and deeply desire to move on with their lives.

As a coach, I help people get from 'where they are to where they want to be'. My specialty is separation and divorce, but anyone going through a difficult transition can benefit from coaching. My message is universal.  I discuss frustration and struggle and how to handle it with grace; relationships and owning our part in all conflict; our choices and how we can empower ourselves by believing that all we need to do is control ourselves...not the other person.
