Diane Ciotta will be here to improve your sales. There are many situations in life when we find ourselves competing, lobbying or negotiating for something that we would like to have or do. While the process of persuasion happens naturally, it unfortunately does not always happen effectively.

As any successful professional sales executive will tell you, they must first sell themselves- then sell their product, service or idea. As unusual as it may seem, by applying that same sales principle to day-to-day life scenarios, we will increase our odds of getting what we want. In other words, if we approach life as if it were a sales call and set our goal to close each opportunity we are presented with through productive interactions with others, we will achieve personal victories just as we would professional success.
