The warm weather has finally arrived and students at Lynbrook's West End School planted flowers to celebrate Ecology Week. All grades planted colorful impatiens under the direction of science teacher, Annmarie Roth and PTA volunteers. Students were given hand shovels to dig into the dirt and carefully place plants into the earth. Students worked nicely together and made a beautiful boarder of red and white, their school colors, along the front of the school.
