Malverne School District Welcomes Its Newest Teachers
These fresh faces will be in your kids' classrooms when the new school year starts.
New teachers in the Malverne School District were welcomed on Aug. 29 in an orientation at the high school prior to the start of the 2018-19 school year.
The purpose of the orientation was to acquaint the new teachers with the expectations and core values of the district, as well as introduce them to the technologies and resources available to them and their students.

- Nicole Alleva – art at MHS
- Erin Cohne – special education at HTH Middle School
- Danielle Endress – reading at HTH Middle School
- Katie Lee Fariello – elementary teacher at MWD Primary School
- Matthew Fox – social studies at MHS
- Derek Gerardi – science at HTH Middle School
- Rebecca Gottesman – Director of Guidance, K-12
- Ashley Librizzi – elementary teacher at MWD Primary School
- Jessica Parsell – elementary teacher at Davison Avenue
- Eliza Sion – psychologist at MHS
