Malverne Students Give Thanks to Board of Ed

In honor of October as Board Recognition Month, each of the schools in the Malverne Union Free School District gave thanks to the Malverne Board of Education at the Oct. 14 meeting.

“We have such a fine Board who really strive to provide for the children of Malverne,” Superintendent Dr. James Hunderfund said. “Tonight, we come together to recognize their contributions.”

Each of the schools made a short presentation to the Board with homemade creations, plaques and videos of students proclaiming gratitude. Pictured are some highlights from the high school and middle school student presentations.
