It was a beautiful day to spend on the farm.

in Malverne celebrated its spring re-opening Saturday and Earth Day with a special festival. It featured tours of the farm, a petting zoo and several local bakers and artisans.

Kids also had a chance to decorate their very own pots, plant a seed inside, and take it home to watch it grow.
