ā¢ Marbletown Considers Housing for āMissing Middle' Class (shawangunkjournal.com) ā Marbletown officials are weighing new zoning overlay districts in Stone Ridge and High Falls to encourage affordable āmissing middleā housing for seniors and working families while preserving historic neighborhood character. At the same July 27 planning board meeting, members approved several local applications, including expanding Ameliaās Pantry in High Falls and advancing school and subdivision plans, and warned residents about online payment scams posing as town business.
