Up To 200 Minors Involved In Backyard Party With Alcohol: Police
The female homeowner from Massapequa was arrested under the social host law, authorities said.
MASSAPEQUA, NY — A Massapequa woman was arrested on Tuesday evening for hosting as many as 200 minors with alcohol, authorities said.
Danielle Classi, 48, is charged with social host law: unlawful consumption of alcohol by minors at residence.
Officers received multiple calls for a loud party and underage drinking in the backyard of a home on Baltimore Avenue. They observed between 150 and 200 minors with access to alcohol, police said.

Classi, who is the homeowner, was present during the party.
She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

The Nassau County Police Department reminds all residents that they take a zero-tolerance approach to the social host law and that individuals will be held criminally responsible for allowing underage drinking.
