Dr. Mark Gasparini Honors Two Decades of Serving the Long Island Community
Foot Specialists of Long Island is proud to announce the celebration of its 20th anniversary, marking two decades of compassionate, expert foot and ankle care for patients across Long Island. Founded in 2006 by Dr. Mark Gasparini, D.P.M., the practice has grown into a trusted resource for Long Island residents seeking relief from a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.
Dr. Gasparini established Foot Specialists of Long Island with a singular mission: to help patients get back on their feet and back to the activities they love. Over the past 20 years, the practice has treated thousands of Long Islanders for conditions including plantar fasciitis, heel pain, ingrown toenails, fungal nails, bunions, hammertoes, sports injuries, and more, utilizing the most advanced treatments and technologies available in podiatric medicine.
What sets Foot Specialists of Long Island apart is the loyalty and trust of its patient community. Long Island spans nearly 120 miles from end to end, and most residents tend to seek care close to home. Yet Dr. Gasparini&rsquo;s practice has earned a reputation that reaches well beyond Massapequa. Patients travel in from Queens to the west and as far east as East Moriches &mdash; a testament to the quality of care and the relationships built over two decades of practice.
&ldquo;Twenty years ago, I opened this practice because I wanted to make a real difference in people&rsquo;s lives,&rdquo; said Dr. Gasparini. &ldquo;Seeing a patient walk out of the office without pain, or return to the sport they love after an injury, never gets old. A graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Gasparini completed his residency training at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Northport, NY. He is board-certified by the American Academy of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry and holds additional certifications in wound healing and Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment. He is affiliated with North Shore University Hospital at Plainview, North Shore University Hospital at Syosset, and St. Joseph&rsquo;s Hospital in Bethpage, NY.
The practice, located at 119 New York Avenue in Massapequa, continues to offer a full range of podiatric services for patients of all ages, from pediatric foot conditions to sports injuries and minimally invasive surgical procedures.
