Bar Louie to Open Second Long Island Location at Sunrise Mall

Bar Louie recently announced the opening of its newest bar and kitchen in Massapequa.

The newest Bar Louie will be located at the Westfield Sunrise Mall near Macy's on One Sunrise Mall.

This will be the second Bar Louie on Long Island with one location in Commack. In addition, this will also be the ninth Bar Louie location in the Tri-State area and the third in New York.

“We are thrilled to join the Massapequa community and strive to become a gathering place where neighbors and employees from nearby organizations can come together to relax and connect,” Bar Louie Massapequa general manager, Bret Chicco said. “We look forward to taking the bar experience to new heights for those who enjoy premium cocktails, local brews, great food and hanging out with friends.”

An official grand opening ceremony for the new bar is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 24 starting at 11:30 a.m.

The event will include lunch and happy hour socializing beginning at 4 p.m.

The Massapequa bar will feature an extensive selection of 30 beers on tap and wines by the glass, including many regional favorites such as Oyster Bay Barn Rocker Ale.

The newest Bar Louie will also adding more than 70 jobs in the area.

While most roles have been filled, Bar Louie Massapequa still has select job opportunities available.
