Cheryl Stevens Appointed Branch Office Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Massapequa Park Regional Office
Cheryl Stevens has been appointed branch office manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Massapequa Park Regional office. In her new role, Stevens will drive the success of 32 sales associates while managing the day-to-day operations of the sales office.
“Cheryl built her business on a base of positive referrals and is uniquely qualified to offer guidance and support to both the company’s leadership team and the Massapequa Park office,” said Laura Rittenberg, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens. “I am excited to welcome her to our management team.”
An 18-year veteran of the real estate industry, Stevens was most recently an associate broker, affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Smithtown Regional office. She specialized in senior housing and achieved the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation. An award-winning associate, Stevens received the Coldwell Banker Silver Circle Distinction and was named “Rookie of the Year” during her tenure with Daniel Gale Real Estate in 1997.
