County Supervisor's Office swaying public Opinion

Elected Officials can not use taxpayers money to gain majority vote

For an elected official to use their office to notify people to attend public meetings for the purpose of swaying public opinion in their favor is commonly referred to as stacking the deck. And is in violation of a California Supreme Court Ruling stating that no elected official or a member of staff or any employee may use that office for the purpose of gaining public opinion. It’s against the law. Plain and simple
