Drug Take Back Day Coming To Massapequa
Bring your unwanted and unused medication to be disposed of safely and securely.

From the Office of Senator John E. Brooks: Senator John E. Brooks is sponsoring a ‘Drug Take-Back Day’ on Saturday, April 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m at Massapequa High School, East Driveway - District Office Parking Lot. The community is invited to bring unused or expired medications to the event for safe disposal to prevent the drugs from being misused or causing damage to the environment. There are no fees or residency requirements for this event.
What: Drug Take-Back Day, an opportunity to safely dispose of unused and expired medications.
When: Saturday, April 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Where: Massapequa High School, East Driveway - District Office Parking Lot, 4925 Merrick Road, Massapequa, NY 11758
Who: Senator John E. Brooks, Assemblywoman Christine Pellegrino, Massapequa Takes Action Coalition, community members with expired and unused medications.
Instructions:
· Keep all medications in the original containers.
· Block out names for anonymity.
· Do not cross out medication information.
