With locations in Garden City and Syosset we train over 2,000 children each week at every swim level from Beginner to Olympian. Long Island Swim School offers swim lessons for children ages 2 - 14years old. The main emphasis of our programs is to teach children to swim correctly and develop essential water skills in a relaxed environment. Our nursery and pre-k students were treated to a wonderful presentation about the Chinese New Year thanks to the Abreu Family. Mrs. Abreu began by reading Dragon Dance to the children. Mr. Abreu, the dragon, led the parade as the children played the drums and symbols in celebration. Today marks the beginning of the Year of the Dog. This is an excellent opportunity for the students to learn about a different culture. Thank you, again, Mr. &amp; Mrs. Abreu for visiting Grace Early Childhood Center!
