“These Federal funds will help the Village of Massapequa Park provide residents with a safe playground at Brady Park that will be accessible for everyone,” said Mangano in a statement.
“This accessible playground will be extremely beneficial to all children as inclusion provides children with the ability to develop leadership skills and compassion while children with disabilities develop a greater level of self-confidence and feeling of acceptance.”
