Massapequa Athletes Commit To Colleges
The three track-and-field stars will be playing at colleges across the country next year.

From the Massapequa School District: Three student-athletes from the boys varsity track and field team at Massapequa High School will take their talents to college. Kevin Cetin, Joe Ryan and Sean Wissman signed their national letters of intent during a ceremony at the high school on April 12.
Kevin, who participates in the discus, shot put, hammer throw and weight throw events, will attend the University of Connecticut, and Joe will continue with the hammer throw at Iowa State University. Sean has run the 60-, 100-, 200-, 300- and 400-meter races for Massapequa’s track team, and next year will run for University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
