We serve Ukrainian citizens paroled into the U.S., as well as non-Ukrainians who resided in Ukraine and were paroled into the U.S. between February 24, 2022 and September 30, 2024. With locations in Garden City and Syosset we train over 2,000 children each week at every swim level from Beginner to Olympian. Long Island Swim School offers swim lessons for children ages 2 - 14years old. All proceeds will support the Cancer Center for Kids at NYU Winthrop Hospital.The event is being organized by Team ECHO, the school's Environmental Consciousness at Home club under the direction of adviser Robert Hempel. The fun begins at 5 p.m. with food from Taco Joe's and All American Hamburger in addition to candy from Five Below, a live band and raffles. The concert starts at 7 p.m. in the auditorium, featuring five decades of pop-rock music performed by Massapequa High School musicians and professional singer and songwriter Ed Ryan.
