Massapequa Students Work To Spread Kindness
The students formed the Kind Kids Club to spread their message throughout the community.

MASSAPEQUA, NY - From Massapequa School District: Spreading kindness has been the mission of first-grade students all year at Fairfield Elementary School in the Massapequa School District. The children, who call themselves the “Kind Kids Club,” recently began their latest initiative by creating kindness rocks.
Under the direction of their teachers, children used permanent markers to write positive messages on rocks such as “Kindness is Cool,” “Love Counts” and “Be Friendly.” The children will place the rocks in various places around Massapequa and hope other people find them in an effort to spread their message. Their goal is
to encourage others to perform random acts of kindness, just as they have been doing all year in school.
