Mother Got Into Drunken Crash With Her Daughter In Car: Police
Police say the crash was minor, but that the woman was driving drunk with a 9-year-old in the car when it happened.

A Massapequa woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon after police say she was driving drunk with her daughter in the car and crashed her car.
According to police, officers responded to a car crash on Forest Avenue at 3:40 p.m. After investigating, police say the officers determined that Roseanne Disimone, 59, of Jackson Place, was driving her car while intoxicated when she was involved in the minor crash. Disimone's 9-year-old daughter was in the back of the car.
No one was injured, and the girl was released to her godmother.

Disimone was charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with more than .08 percent alcohol in blood, aggravated DWI (Leandra's Law) and endangering the welfare of a child. She is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday in First District Court in Hempstead.
