Multiple Swastikas Spray Painted Inside Nassau Building
Police are treating it as a bias incident and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
MASSAPEQUA PARK, NY — Nassau County police are investigating after multiple swastikas were found spray painted inside a building in Massapequa Park.
At 5:50 p.m. Friday, police were notified that multiple swastikas were found spray painted on the walls, carpet and windows of 4900 Merrick Rd. The building is part of a shopping center that contains multiple businesses. Police did not specify which business was targeted.
The largest swastika measured 18 inches by 18 inches, police said, and was found on the wall between the first and second floors.

Police are asking anyone with information about this incident to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
