Nassau Man Threatened Pistol Range Employee: Police
Police say Blake Diaz broke the rules of the range, and then threatened the employee when he was asked to leave.

A Massapequa Park man was arrested after police say he threatened an employee at the Nassau County Pistol Range on Monday.
According to police, Blake Diaz, 20, of Ocean AVenue, was at the pistol range, located at 1 Charles Lindberg Blvd. in Uniondale, on Monday. Arount 12:20 p.m., police say that Diaz violated the rules of the range, and an employee, a 50-year-old man, approached him and asked him to leave.
Police say that Diaz started yelling and threatened to harm the man, placing him in fear of his safety. After a few minutes, police say that Diaz left, and no one was injured.

Later that day, detectives went to Diaz's home and placed him under arrest without incident.
Diaz is charged with third-degree menacing. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to First District Court in Hempstead on June 18.
