The business, which transitioned a few months ago from a traditional deli, changed both the menu and the store ambiance to offer a more family friendly space.
The bistro will feature a breakfast and lunch menu, indoor, outdoor and rear patio seating, online ordering, as well as takeout and delivery.

According to owner Suzi Batta, the restaurant will be using fresh ingredients including natural whole roasted meats, hormone and antibiotic free chicken, soups and salads made from fresh, quality ingredients, among others.
"I was concerned about food borne allergies in my family and found myself scrutinizing every ingredient in my supermarket purchases," Batta said. "I could not pronounce half the items on the food labels. I spent years honing my recipes using only fresh ingredients determined to put a quality product on my customer’s and my own table."
Batta started the restaurant along with Nick Dinielli, who worked for over 20 years in the food and restaurant management field and Toni Pena, a former professional corporate recruiting executive and restaurant reviewer.
The restaurant is open from Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
