Visitation: Thursday, May 12, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Massapequa Funeral Home, North Chapel on 1050 Park Boulevard in Massapequa Park.
Service: Saturday, May 14, starting at 10 a.m. at the Massapequa Funeral Home, North Chapel.

Obituary: Hank Jorgensen, of Massapequa Park, passed away on Tuesday, May 10. He was 69.
He is survived by his wife, Sue; his children Kim, Kameo Napodano (Mike), and Kelly Randell (Derek), and his grandchildren Amanda, Nicholas, Ryan, Kayla, Riley and Jake.

He was predeceased by his son Kirk.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Autism Speaks.
Internment will take place on Saturday at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale.
