Visitation: Thursday, August 4 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Massapequa Funeral Home, North Chapel on 1050 Park Boulevard in Massapequa Park.

Service: Friday, August 5 starting at 11 a.m. St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church on 2 Bayview Avenue in Massapequa.

Obituary: Shirley I. Waters, of Massapequa Park, passed away on Tuesday, August 2. She was 78.

Internment will take place at the Calverton National Cemetery.
