“Operation: Santa Salute” at Westfield

BAY SHORE & MASSAPEQUA, NY — November 28, 2017 — To show its appreciation to those who have served in the U.S. armed and those presently active in the military, Westfield is pleased to present “Operation: Santa Salute on Saturday, December 2, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Westfield South Shore in Bay Shore and Westfield Sunrise in Massapequa.

Families of veterans and active military personnel will receive a free keepsake 5” x 7” photo with Santa Claus upon presentation of a valid government-issued military/veteran ID card. The offer is valid for one photo per family and good only on December 2, 2017.

“Families of veterans and those presently serving in the armed forces often sacrifice a lot, especially when a family member is deployed during the holidays and unable to participate in the joy of spending a holiday together,” said Vanessa Mitton, Marketing Director, Westfield. “Westfield is happy to provide a little extra joy for these families during the holiday season by providing this service as a way of expressing our gratitude for serving our country.”
