Oyster Bay Announces Free Summer Concert Series

Oyster Bay released the schedule of its 2018 Free Summer Concert Series on Monday, giving residents a chance to plan which concerts they want to attend.

All of the concerts are held at town parks and beaches. They begin at 8 p.m. (unless otherwise noted). Concert goers should bring lawn chairs and blankets for seating. Special accommodations are available for people with disabilities. If it seems like it may rain, call (516) 797-7900 for information about the performances.

• July 10: Salute to America Concert & Fireworks Show (7:30pm) at John J. Burns Town Park, Massapequa
• July 11: Dean Karahalis & the Concert Pops at Ellsworth W. Allen Town Park, Farmingdale
• July 12: Dr. K's Motown Revue at Bethpage Community Park, Bethpage
• July 14: Peacheaters - Allman Brothers Tribute at John J. Burns Town Park, Massapequa
• July 17: Nine Days at John J. Burns Town Park, Massapequa
• July 18: The Johnny Rogers Show - History of Rock n' Roll at Syosset-Woodbury Community Park, Syosset
• July 19: Bennie & The Jets - Elton John Tribute at Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park and Beach, Oyster Bay
• July 24: Decadia - the 80's & Beyond at John J. Burns Town Park, Massapequa
• July 25: Barometer Soup - Jimmy Buffet Tribute at Harry Tappen Beach
• July 28: The Fast Lane - Eagles Tribute at John J. Burns Town Park
• July 31: Back in Time - Huey Lewis & The News Tribute at Ellsworth W. Allen Town Park, Farmingdale
• Aug.1: Strawberry Fields - Beatles Tribute at Syosset-Woodbury Community Park, Syosset
• Aug. 4: BonJourney NY - Bon Jovi & Journey Tribute at John J. Burns Town Park, Massapequa
• Aug. 7: Wonderous Stories - Beatles, Who, Moody Blues &Allman Brothers Tribute at Ellsworth W. Allen Town Park, Farmingdale
