Pennsylvania Man Arrested With A Kilo Of Cocaine: Police
Police say they found him in a Long Island mall parking lot with the drugs in his car.

A Pennsylvania man was arrested in a Massapequa parking lot earlier this month on drug charges, Nassau police said on Tuesday.
According to police, on May 18 at 6:02 p.m., Narcotics Vice Squad detectives conducted an investigation of the parking lot at Dicks Sporting Goods, located in the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa. There, police say they found Luis Ruiz-Moreta, 52, of Dublin, Pennsylvania, seated in the driver's seat of a Toyota Camry with a large amount of a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine. Police say Ruiz-Moreta had more than a kilogram on him. He was arrested without incident.
Ruiz-Moreta is charged with first- and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned on May 19 in First District Court in Hempstead.
