
MASSAPEQUA PARK, NY - A man was fatally struck by a train at the Massapequa Park train station on Monday morning, an MTA spokesperson confirmed.
The man was struck at about 11:10 a.m.
The Babylon Branch was temporarily suspended in both directions between Freeport and Babylon, with limited train service restored as of about 11:35 a.m. and full service restored as of about 1 p.m. with residual delays and some cancellations.

#BREAKINGNEWS Massapequa Park, NY- MTA Police are investigating a fatal train vs pedestrian incident as the Massapequa Park Railroad Station. The patient was pronounced deceased by both Massapequa Fire Department and Nassau County Police Ambulance. Service has been fully restored to the both tracks.
