We serve Ukrainian citizens paroled into the U.S., as well as non-Ukrainians who resided in Ukraine and were paroled into the U.S. between February 24, 2022 and September 30, 2024. With locations in Garden City and Syosset we train over 2,000 children each week at every swim level from Beginner to Olympian. Long Island Swim School offers swim lessons for children ages 2 - 14years old. MASSAPEQUA, NY - Police are looking for a man who robbed a Massapequa convenience store on Thursday morning.The man entered into the County Line Farms convenience store on 5840 Merrick Road at about 8 a.m. and demanded that the 33-year-old clerk hand over all cash from her register. After the woman complied, the man then fled on foot in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash.There was no weapon displayed and no injuries reported.The man is described as being dark-skinned, 5-foot-10-inches tall, 27-years-old, wearing black hooded sweat shirt, red/black plaid shirt, and black jeans, according to police.Detectives request that anyone with information regarding this crime to contact the Nassau County Police Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
