Soccer Field Upgrades Finished At John Burns Park
It's part of a town-wide initiative to improve parks.

MASSAPEQUA, NY — Soccer players have their practice field back at John Burns Park. Oyster Bay Town Councilman Steve Labriola announced the upgrades at the field are complete.
It's part of a town-wide initiative to improve local parks and facilities.
"These upgrades will enhance the playing experience for our young soccer players while beautifying the facility. We continue to enhance our parks in a cost-conscious manner while protecting your wallet and keeping taxes down," Labriola said in a statement.

John Burns Park sits on 52 acres off Merrick Road with tennis courts, ball fields and much more.
