Stop & Shop Unveils Remodeled Massapequa Store
Modernized Store Features a Fresh New Look, Expanded Assortments and Departments, and More Freshly Prepared Foods for Easy Meals on-the-Go
Stop & Shop, a neighborhood grocer for more than 100 years, today unveiled its newly remodeled store in Massapequa (702 Hickville Road). The store is now noticeably brighter and more modern and offers new features are centered around delivering fresh, healthy, and convenient options to make grocery shopping easier.
Highlights of the remodeled Massapequa store include:

· Upgraded seafood and meat departments featuring an array of proteins

· An updated deli department that features an expanded assortment of offerings including grab-and-go meal solutions
· Expanded dairy and frozen food departments offering a wider array of goods
· Organic and natural products integrated within the grocery aisles allowing customers to see all product options available
· Expanded full-service floral department with beautiful arrangements for all occasions
· Updated pharmacy where Stop & Shop’s trained and trusted pharmacists can conveniently and safely administer COVID-19 and other vaccines
· Upgraded front-end with a new service counter and registers to maximize efficiency and minimize wait time
“We’re excited to share our newly remodeled store with our local shoppers,” said Tony Marazzo, Store Manager of Stop & Shop Massapequa. “We’ve added more of what our customers want and upgrades they need to get their shopping done faster and get back to what matters most.”
The store continues to offer Pickup, providing customers with a faster and more convenient way to shop. Customers can place an order on the Stop & Shop® mobile app or visit www.stopandshop.com, click on “Order Online” and select “Pickup” at the Massapequa store. Customers can then head to the store and have a Stop & Shop associate load their groceries right into their car.
Shoppers can look forward to giveaways on Friday the 28th, along with an appearance by Giants Legend Sean Landetta who will sign autographs from 11:00am-12:30pm.
