Three Arrested in Dairy Barn Burglary

Local men picked up in September cigarette heist.

Three men were arrested for allegedly stealing more than $1,500 worth of cigarettes from a North Massapequa Dairy Barn, police siad Thursday.

Daniel Aizen, 18 of Massapequa and 20-year-old twin brothers John and Eugene Wallace of Massapequa Park were picked up for the September 20 heist.

They're accused of prying open a side door of the business located on 907 North Broadway and swiping the smokes at about 11 p.m.

A witness to the crime recently recognized one of the burglars and tipped off cops, who arrested the men over several days.

Aizen was busted on November 25, while John Wallace was arrested Monday and his brother was picked up Tuesday, cops said.

All were charged with burglary in the third degree. Police also charged John Wallace on an outstanding warrant for 2nd degree attempted burglary stemming from a 2007 incident.
