Happy/sad, love/hate, peace/jealousy are all part of the subconscious’ paradigm, waiting to be the determinant of the final outcome.
If you think you are sad, you will feel sad. The thought leads to an emotion that comes from deep within one’s being. Then, it creates a feeling that is expressed, and is formed by an individual’s disposition and experience.

These feelings trigger a biochemical reaction of neurotransmitters and hormones that will alter your physiology. The promising news is that if you think you are happy, even if you pretend, you will feel happier, and the chemicals discharged will ensure it with elevated dopamine levels assuaging anxiety and inviting joy. Nothing has any meaning until you give it meaning.
We label and define everyone and everything, which directly or indirectly gives it a value or meaning. Thoughts are real and powerful. They can embellish life or detract and decimate. Beliefs about health or illness will catapult you to either side. Thoughts > feelings > behaviors. You are happy and healthy, and if you are not, THINK YOU ARE.
